💰 Refund & Return Policy – Queen A Beauty


At Queen A Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to love your products and feel confident in your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

 


🚫 No Refunds on Cosmetics, Wigs, Lashes, or Intimate Products


Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final on:

    •    Lip gloss, lipstick, or any cosmetic items

    •    Lashes or lash tools

    •    Wigs, bundles, and hair extensions

    •    Undergarments, bodysuits, or swimwear


We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items once they have been shipped.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, no exchanges will be granted.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, cosmetics, lashes, hair extensions, wigs, and custom items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.


👗 Boutique Clothing & Accessories


We allow size exchanges or store credit on clothing if:

    •    The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

    •    You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

    •    You return the item within 7 days of approval


Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.



❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged:

    1.    Email us within 48 hours of delivery at Queenabeauty03@yahoo.com

    2.    Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

    3.    We will resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit



📦 Order Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, they are processed and cannot be modified.



⚠️ Shipping & Delivery Issues


Queen A Beauty is not responsible for:

    •    Delays caused by the carrier

    •    Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”


Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
