Travel Appointment Policy
At Queen A Beauty, I value my clients’ time and I ask the same respect in return. Please review the following policy before booking:
Deposits
• All travel appointments require a nonrefundable deposit to secure your time.
• Deposits are applied toward your total service balance.
Travel Commitment
• Travel appointments often take 4+ hours including service time and round-trip travel.
• Because of the time commitment and schedule adjustments required, deposits for travel services are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If you cancel or reschedule a travel appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
• In rare cases and at my sole discretion, a deposit may be honored as a one-time service credit. This is a courtesy and not standard policy.
Late Policy
• Please be ready at your scheduled time. Any delays may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund.
